As part of our sales policy, with the goal of satisfying customers to come, please customers when experiencing the product. We make a commitment to customers to be returned within 30 days in case the product is defective due to the manufacturer.

Specifically, the return policy applies as follows.
From the date the customer receives the product is the 1st day, to the 30th day, the customer has found that the product is technically defective or cracked, torn due to production will be exchanged or returned the product.
  Steps to make a return:

+ Customers contact the company to provide feedback on product status.
+ The company receives and considers and determines the cause.

If it is determined that the product is defective due to the production stage, the customer will be resolved as follows:
+ Change new product with correct model for customer. (Exchange product with correct code for customer)

+ In case the product is out of stock to exchange:

– Customers can decide to wait to receive the right product with the right model.

– Customers can decide to change to products of the same product group. (customers can change to another code).

– Customers can exchange for another product of the same price. If you change to a product with a higher price, you need to pay the difference
Customers who cancel the order will be refunded the amount equivalent to the selling price of the product.

Product identified user error:
Not eligible for return as prescribed.

The product does not retain 100% of its original shape.

The product is scratched and broken due to impact.

In case the product is defective due to the user, the company will support maintenance and a surcharge of 36% in case of need to replace accessories.
